BrytSpot is changing properties and the communities that experience them. Our vision is first to find tired properties in locations that have the potential to be inspiring places to gather. We dream together with the community, investors, designers, business professionals, and builders to create a fresh vision for the location. We want to make our properties a bright spot in the community and remarkable enough to be a destination for those outside of the community.

Our goal with any project is to take what exist but is tired or abandoned and forgotten, breath new life into what was once active, and infuse fresh form and function without erasing the past.
new-over Old
Our design premise is new over really old to create a blended creation that nods to the past but winks at the present with a clean fresh bold statement. In essence a do-over without starting from scratch.

We search for unique projects and buildings that have long served their useful purpose and are destined for destruction, and bring a new vision and reality for the space while integrating what was back into society to serve again as a communal space.

Bio
Paul is a pastor, artist, entrepreneur, educator, visionary, and creator of things unseen by many. His eclectic life is much like what he sees in unique properties of old that deserve new-overs. Paul assembles ad hoc teams per project to reform spaces to serve a communal life a new.

BrytSpot Director Paul Cook has a vision to join with investors who really want to enjoy seeing their efforts change communities. When BrytSpot changes a property, it should make people pause to gaze and be inspired to interact with that property. It should make them proud to be part of the community and inspired when they experience the site. We go where the potential is and where we can create inspiring places to gather.

Current Projects are of a private nature and available to those who qualify as investors. Typically, we look for small commercial properties and/or create some residential projects with potential to inspire people to gather. We can set an appointment with you to show you a typical project and the resulting benefits for investors.
Project Location
Brytspot is not bound by location, our group of private equity investors are typically engaged by a variety of projects in a number of locations. Typically at least one member of the investment team will be within close proximity of the project.
Contractual Agreements
Every project is fully vetted to insure that its a sound financial investment. Budget development is determined at early stages to insure a proper return is achievable. Investment team members are verified and briefed prior to project commissioning.
Social Engagement
Every project that we pursue will be socially engaging and good for the community it surrounds. Our existence is based on our ability to develop or redevelop properties that are cohesive with the adjacent environment.
Investment Strategy
In today’s environment, only best-in-class performance will lead to success. Our resources need to be deployed with focus. Therefore, we focus on a smaller number of projects in our portfolio, to insure our focused and mission is met.
